Our personal favorites include the Guacamole with pickled red onion and cotija cheese, Sonoran fish tacos (cerveza battered and fried red snapper with shaved cabbage and a creamy chipotle sauce served with rice and beans, Elote (grilled Florida sweet corn, lime aioli, cotija, chipotle powder and tajin), Pulpo a la Plancha (seared Spanish octopus, fingerling potatoes, fresh tomato, avocado salsa verde, and sesame salsa macha) and Chocolate con Mezcal (mezcal soaked chocolate cake, valhrona cocoa nib mousse, chocolate whipped cream) for dessert.
